Description
NOTE
Entrapment of the median nerve as it passes through the carpal tunnel.
PURPOSE
Surgical release of nerve entrapment by fibrous destecha ment with minimally invasive surgery. To use this procedure with local anesthesia and sedation, placing at the time of surgery a tourniquet to prevent bleeding of the structures, exposing the area outside the shortest possible time (10 min. Approx.) Decreasing the likelihood of local infection.
Process
Day 1
- Arrival in clinic

- Diagnostic confirmation and indication for surgery (30 min.)

- History and examination (120 min.)
- Blood Analytics
- Chest X-ray and EKG
- Overnight at hotel
DAY 2
- Join clinical throughout the morning and fasting for 8 hours prior to the scheduled time of surgery.
- Top surgery scheduled morning or afternoon schedule.
- Transfer to plan to spend the night in a single room with bed for companion.
DAY 3
- Review by surgeon
- Healing Local
- Placement of cast brace wrist
- High hospital and overnight at hotel
Day 4
- Local Cura + physiotherapy
- Overnight at hotel
DAY 5
- Local + Cura physiotherapy
